
The Master of Commerce (M.Com) admission is a postgraduate degree in trade, accounting, administration, and economics.
The two-year course offers career opportunities in the corporate and financial sectors. Specializes in accounting, taxation, finance, human resource management, business management, costing, and statistics.
This is a four-semester choice-based credit system course approved by UGC.
After completing a two-year course, students will earn a degree at their respective universities designated as Masters of Commerce.
M.Com considered a professional access point for accounting, business secretary, cost and labor accounting, banking, and insurance services.
You can also pursue higher education and become a university lecturer or assistant professor.
Eligibility:
- Minimum eligibility criteria for MCom is a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in B.com or B.com (Hons) or equivalent from a recognized university
- Some universities also induct students who have completed Economics(H),BBA,BFIA and BBE will a minimum score of minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent
- Reserve category students entitled relaxation of up to 5%
- State level universities also offer marks relaxation to home students
