BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)

BAMS full structure is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

B.A.M.S A college degree program that intended to make students acquainted with the ideas of Ayurveda and use them for the treatment of patients.

B.A.M.S fuses Ayurveda with the ideas of current drugs and students show a mix of both as a feature of the course educational plan.

As well as, the duration of this course is 5.5 years including Internships.

However, candidates willing to accept medication as a career can choose (B.A.M.S) after the finish of Class 12.

Eligibility for BAMS Admission

  • Candidates required to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with science subjects (PCB) and English core in both Class 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
  • He/she should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission.
  • An aspirant from the general category needs to secure an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 Board examination. While, for SC/ST/OBC candidates, the qualifying percentage is 40%
  • Candidates need to have qualified NEET by securing a minimum qualifying cutoff percentile to get admission in BAMS course.
